Fairfield FAST Volunteer Information
For the past 6 years, over 400 volunteers were needed each year to successfully run our FAST
Tournament. This year we are expecting the event to be even larger; with over 175 teams! Therefore we need everyone’s help to make this years tournament a success and ensure a fun time for all the players and families attending!
FUSA Teams participating in the tournament will be asked to provide enough volunteers to fill a minimum of
12 volunteer shifts during tournament weekend. However, we would like to encourage all FUSA families to
consider volunteering to help with this exciting event.
We are looking for volunteers to fill the following positions: Home Base Set up, Field Marshals, Concessions,
Concessions Support workers, Set up/Take down, HQ Assistants, Parking.
High school students are welcome to volunteer. Community service hours will be given by FUSA. Players
may volunteer to work with their family or other teammates, just be sure to have at least one adult assisting
the group if players are under 14.
